摘要
本文在对LID(Low Impact Development,低影响开发)设施的建设位置及规模同步优化设计的基础上,研究了一种同时兼顾减少雨水径流量、降低径流污染负荷、节约投资成本的多目标的居住小区LID设施配置优化方法。通过创建SWMM(Storm Water Management Model,暴雨洪水管理模型)雨水模型来模拟各LID布局方案的水量和水质。再借助SUSTAIN(System for Urban Storm water Treatment and Analysis Integration,城市暴雨处理分析集成模型系统)中的BMP(Best Management Practice,最佳管理实践)选址工具对LID设施的适建位置及最大可建规模进行识别。最后,构建多目标优化模型,利用NSGA-Ⅱ算法对优化模型进行求解,从而得到优化设计方案解集。
Based on the synchronous optimization design of the construction location and scale of LID(Low Impact Development)facilities,this paper studies an optimization method for the configuration of LID facilities in residential quarters with multi-objectives of reducing rainwater runoff,reducing runoff pollution load and saving investment cost.By creating a SWMM(Storm Water Management Model)rainwater model,the water quantity and quality of each LID layout scheme are simulated.Then,the BMP(Best Management Practice)location tool in SUSTAIN(System for Urban Storm Water Treatment and Analysis Integration)is used to identify the suitable location and maximum buildable scale of LID facilities.Finally,a multi-objective optimization model is constructed,and NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm is used to solve the optimization model,thus obtaining the solution set of the optimization design scheme.
