三塘湖工业园区规划需水与水资源适应性示例分析

摘要 本文以新疆巴里坤三塘湖工业园区总体规划为例,重点分析研究了该园区布局规划需水与区域水资源条件及“三条红线”的适应性。结果表明:近期园区新鲜水合理取水量为1883万m^3,远期新鲜水取水量为14334万m^3,规划2030年,外流域客水具备向园区供水的条件,分配给三塘湖矿区2亿m^3,能够满足园区12052万m^3的需求缺口。 Taking the overall planning of Santanghu Industrial Park in Balikun in Xinjiang as an example,this paper focuses on the analysis and study of the adaptability of the layout planning of the park to the regional water resources and the“three red lines”.After demonstration,the reasonable fresh water intake of the park in the near future is 18.83 million m^3 and the long-term fresh water intake is 143.34 million m^3.It is planned that in 2030,the guest water in the outer basin will have the conditions to supply water to the park and will be distributed to the Santang Lake mining area of 200 million m^3,which can meet the demand gap of 120.52 million m^3 in the park.
