摘要
伴随着新技术的不断出现和发展,有线电视替代性服务被越来越多的用户所接受和选择,此前被垄断的有线电视市场从封闭状态逐步走向开放,且竞争更为激烈,因此就出现了客户流失的问题。当下互动电视的出现和发展成为广播电视行业发展的新契机,针对如何利用互动电视的发展减少有线电视用户流失的策略进行探讨,以期为广播电视行业未来发展提供参考和意见。
With the continuous emergence and development of new technology,cable television alternative services are accepted and chosen by more and more users.The previously monopolized cable television market has gradually moved from closing towards opening,and the competition is more intense,so the problem of customer turnover has arisen.The emergence and development of interactive television has become a new opportunity for the development of radio and television industry.This paper mainly discusses how to use interactive television to develop strategies to reduce the loss of cable television users,in order to provide reference and advice for the future development of radio and television industry.
