垃圾焚烧发电项目施工工程管理及要点控制分析

Construction Project Management and Key Points Control Analysis of Waste Incineration Power Generation Project

因减量化、无害化和资源化的优势,生活垃圾焚烧发电的在中国垃圾处理总量的占比逐年增加。但是在生活垃圾焚烧发电项目的建设过程中,容易出现工期延误、环境污染等问题。分析了垃圾焚烧发电项目的特点及其工程管理过程,针对这一过程中需要控制的要点以及注意事项进行了分析,给出了一些工程管理中的合理建议,为今后垃圾焚烧发电项目的工程管理优化提供了参考依据。

Due to the advantages of reduction,harmlessness and resource utilization,the proportion of domestic waste incineration power generation in the total amount of waste treatment in China has increased year by year.However,in the construction process of MSW incineration power generation project,it is inevitable to encounter various problems,such as construction period delay,environmental pollution and so on.This paper analyzed the characteristics of waste incineration power generation project and its engineering management process,and the key points and matters needing attention in this process,and gives some reasonable suggestions in engineering management,which provides a reference for the engineering management optimization of waste incineration power generation project in the future.
