浅谈一起银星竹鼠疾病的诊治方法

Study on the diagnosis and treatment method of Rhizomys pruinosus disease

【目的】通过研究一起银星竹鼠疾病的诊治技术,为银星竹鼠疾病的治疗提供依据。【方法】对患病竹鼠进行解剖观察,并取肺、心脏、肾脏和肝脏病变组织及肠内容物等,将样品进行细菌分离培养后进行药敏试验,检测分离菌株对抗生素的敏感程度。【结果】从患病竹鼠身体不同部位分离的菌株对所测的16种药物敏感性各异,对头孢拉定、阿莫西林、氨苄青霉素药物不敏感和低度敏感,对舒普深(头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠)药物高度敏感。【结论】舒普深(头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠)对病鼠肺、肝、肠、心脏、肾脏分离的革兰氏阴性致病菌株高度敏感。用舒普深药物进行肌肉注射治疗,效果良好。

【Objective】By studying a diagnosis and treatment technology of bamboo rat disease,it provides a basis for the treatment of Yinxing bamboo rat disease.【Method】The diseased bamboo rats were dissect⁃ed,and the lung,heart,kidney,and liver diseased tissues and intestinal contents were taken.The samples were isolated and cultured for susceptibility testing to detect the sensitivity of the isolates to antibiotics.【Result】Strains isolated from different parts of the body of the infected bamboo rat have different sensitivi⁃ties to the 16 drugs tested,insensitivity and low sensitivity to cefradine,amoxicillin,ampicillin drugs,and deepness to Shupu(cefoperone sodium/sulbactam Sodium)Drugs are highly sensitive.【Conclusion】Shu⁃pushen(Cefoperazone Sodium/Sulbactam Sodium)is highly sensitive to Gram-negative pathogenic strains isolated from lung,liver,intestine,heart,and kidney of sick rats.Treatment with intramuscular injection of Shupushen drug is effective.
