Discuss on Compiling of Budgetary Estimate Adjustment of Hydropower Project under EPC Mode

为客观、真实地反映工程建设实际情况和造价水平,进一步提高调整概算编制质量,笔者以大丫口水电站工程调整概算的编制为切入点,对EPC总承包项目管理模式下水电工程调整概算进行了介绍,通过工程实例对调整概算编制过程中遇到的部分问题进行分析和总结,提出了一些个人的见解,供水电工程调整概算编制工作相关人员参考。

In order to objectively and truly reflect the actual situation and cost level of the project construction,and further improve the quality of budgetary estimate adjustment compiling,the author takes the compiling of budgetary estimate adjustment for Dayakou Hydropower Station project as the starting point,introduces the budgetary estimate adjustment of hydropower project under EPC project management mode,and analyzes and summarizes some problems encountered in the compiling of budgetary estimate adjustment through engineering examples.Some personal opinions are put forward for the reference of relevant personnel in the compiling of budgetary estimate adjustment of hydropower project.
