黔中水利枢纽工程平寨水库缆道测流系统设计实施探讨

Discussion on the Design and Implementation of Hydrometric Cableway System for Flow Measurement of Pingzhai Reservoir in Qianzhong Hydro Project

为了提高水库上游来水流量监测精准度,提高水库运行管理调度精度,节约运行管理成本,文章通过对黔中水利枢纽工程平寨水库水情自动测报系统现状和建设测流系统必要性进行分析,探讨了实施测流系统设计思路和方法。测流系统建成后,可实现自动采集水位数据、现场储存带有时标数据、更改中心站远程参数和时间自动同步等,为类似水库测流系统建设提供参考。

In order to improve the accuracy of the upstream inflow flow monitoring,improve the accuracy of the operation management and dispatching of the reservoir,and save the operation management cost,this paper analyzes the current situation of automatic system of hydrological data acquisition and transmission and the necessity of the construction of the flow measurement system of Pingzhai reservoir in Qianzhong hydro project,and discusses the design ideas and methods of the implementation of the flow measurement system.After the completion of the flow measurement system,it can realize automatic collection of water level data,on-site storage of data with time mark,change of remote parameters of the central station and automatic synchronization of time,etc.,which provides reference for the construction of similar reservoir flow measurement system.
