摘要
创新高职院校涉外导游人才培养,不仅能提高学生的综合素质,增强对工作岗位适应性,还能助力当地旅游业发展。但目前高职院校涉外导游人才培养存在不足,为转变这种情况,通过改进涉外导游专业理论教学,优化涉外导游专业实践教学,注重提高涉外导游的综合素质,根据工作岗位需要,创新涉外导游人才培养模式,不仅能提高学生就业对口率,增强工作岗位适应性,同时还能提高学生知识应用技能和综合素养,缩短学生对工作岗位的适应期,增强高职学生语言沟通技能和语言表达能力。
Innovative training of foreign-related tour guides in higher vocational colleges can not only improve their comprehensive quality,enhance their adaptability to jobs,but also help the development of local tourism.However,the training of foreign-related tour guides in vocational colleges is insufficient at present.To change this situation,by improving the theoretical teaching of foreign-based tour guides,optimizing the practical teaching of foreign-based tour guides,focusing on improving the comprehensive quality of foreign-based tour guides,and innovating foreign-based tour guides according to job needs talent training model.Not only improve the employment rate of students,enhance job adaptability,but also improve students'knowledge application skills and comprehensive literacy,shorten the period of adaptation of students to the job,and enhance language communication skills and language expression ability of higher vocational students.
