目前,就业指导已成为学生职业观、职业技能素养培养的重要依托。研究对个性化就业指导的内涵及价值进行了理论定位,同时深入研究了个性化就业指导的应用现状,最终提出个性化就业指导在高等教育中的应用策略,即:上下联动,塑造科学的就业指导理念;内外互动,锻造人性的就业服务机制;多元驱动,打造完善的教育支持体系;立足长远,构造长效的职业生涯规划。

At present,employment guidance has become an important support for the cultivation of students'professional concept and vocational skill accomplishment.The author puts forward the application strategy of individualized employment guidance in higher education,namely:linkage up and down,shaping scientific employment guidance concept;internal and external interaction,forging humanized employment service mechanism;multiple driving,creating perfect education support system;constructing long-term career planning based on long-term.
