摘要
研究发现在处理污水过程中会产生一些刺激性气味气体,其在污泥的脱水和干化过程中容易大量排放,其所造成的恶臭气味不仅污染环境还影响着工作人员和周边居民的身体健康。为优化机房的机械通风,有效排出恶臭气体,本文以白龙港污泥二期项目的污泥脱水机房为研究对象,通过数值模拟来分析测算污水处理过程中机房内不同位置、不同通风条件下环境中污染性气体的浓度数值,并以此为依据来实现对环境内气流分布和整体气流场分布情况的分析,提出污泥脱水机房的机械通风优化设计方案,以此指导该污水处理厂对恶臭气体的收集与处理。
The study found that some irritating odor gas will be generated in the process of sewage treatment,which is easily discharged in large quantities during the dehydration and drying of sludge.The malodor caused by it not only pollutes the environment but also affects the staff and surrounding residents.Healthy body.In order to optimize the mechanical ventilation of the machine room and effectively discharge odorous gases,this paper takes the sludge dewatering machine room of the Bailonggang Sludge Phase II project as the research object,and analyzes and calculates the different locations and different ventilation conditions in the machine room during the sewage treatment process through numerical simulation The concentration value of polluting gas in the environment,and on this basis to realize the analysis of the airflow distribution and the overall airflow field distribution in the environment,and propose an optimized design scheme for mechanical ventilation of the sludge dewatering machine room to guide the sewage treatment plant to Collection and treatment of malodorous gas.
