摘要
本文首先应用ANSYS软件的APDL语言,对变幅臂的转角及伸缩臂的伸缩长度等参数进行编程,整理得到臂架结构的全工况类型,基于此对上车结构进行全工况模拟分析,获得转台结构的位移、应力分布规律及转台结构刚度、强度最大值及最危险工况。以此保证结构可靠性,并为系列转台产品的优化和改形设计提供理论支持,在提升设计效率的基础上,为下一步结构轻量化设计打下基础。
This article first uses the APDL language of ANSYS software to program the parameters such as the angle of the luffing arm and the telescopic length of the telescopic arm,and sort out the full working condition type of the boom structure.Analyze and obtain the displacement and stress distribution rules of the turntable structure and the stiffness,maximum strength and the most dangerous working conditions of the turntable structure.In order to ensure the structural reliability,and provide theoretical support for the optimization and modification design of the series of turntable products,on the basis of improving the design efficiency,it lays the foundation for the next step of lightweight design.
