燃气轮机旁路弯管焊接工艺分析

摘要 燃气轮机通过燃烧来运作,属于动力机械,为工业、农业等领域进行工作,并且在这些领域中得到广泛的应用。燃气轮机对各个领域的生产工作有着不可小觑的作用,促进国民经济发展。从目前来看,燃气轮机在运行、操作等方面上依然存在问题,燃气轮机零件断口、脱落等故障问题是目前比较主要的问题,需要引起重视。文章就燃气轮旁路弯管的焊接进行分析,阐述其焊接工艺难点和具体操作。 Gas turbine operates by combustion,which belongs to power machinery,works for industry,agriculture and other fields and is widely used in these fields.Gas turbine plays an important role in the production of various fields and promotes the development of national economy.At present,there are still problems in the operation of gas turbine.The fracture and falling off of gas turbine parts are the main problems,which need to be paid attention to.This paper analyzes the welding of bypass elbow of gas turbine and expounds the difficulties in welding process and specific operation.
