摘要
目的通过应用磁共振磁敏感加权成像(SWI)序列研究脑胶质瘤瘤内磁敏感信号情况,探讨SWI在胶质瘤术前分级中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的脑胶质瘤患者49例,在磁共振工作站机器自动得到校正的相位图和幅度图,结合CT图像排除钙化,SWI序列上肿瘤内部的低信号灶视为磁敏感信号,比较高低级别组胶质瘤的磁敏感信号程度。结果 20例低级别胶质瘤中8例出现程度不同磁敏感信号;29例高级别胶质瘤中27例出现程度不同磁敏感信号。高级别组胶质瘤磁敏感信号分级高于低级别组(P<0.01)。结论 SWI有助于胶质瘤的分级,为临床上胶质瘤的诊断、治疗和预后提供新的依据。
Objective To evaluate the application value of susceptibility-weighted imaging(SWI)in the grading of gliomas.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 49 patients with pathologically confirmed glioma.The phase and amplitude maps were automatically corrected in the MRI workstation,and calcification was excluded in combination with the CT image.The low signal foci in the tumor on the SWI sequence were considered as magnetic sensitive signals,and the magnetic sensitive signals of gliomas in the high and low grade groups were compared.Results SWI can show intratumoral susceptibility signalintensity in 8 cases of all the 20 lower-grade gliomas,and show intratumoral susceptibility signalintensity in 27 cases of all the 29 high-grade gliomas.There was statistical significance between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion SWI is helpful for the classification of glioma and provides a new basis for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of glioma.
