青年缺血性脑卒中颅内大动脉狭窄的发病原因、危险因素及其影像学特点分析

Analysis of The Causes,Risk Factors and Imaging Characteristics of Intracranial Aortic Stenosis in Young Patients with Ischemic Stroke

目的研究分析青年缺血性脑卒中颅内大动脉狭窄的发病原因、危险因素以及在影像学方面的特点。方法随机抽取在2015年1月~2018年7月时段到我院进行治疗的35例青年缺血性脑卒中患者作为观察组;并选取同一时段到我院进行体检的健康青年者35例作为对照组。对青年缺血性脑卒中患者颅内大动脉狭窄的发病原因进行分析,并分析其危险因素以及在影像学方面的特点。结果导致青年缺血性脑卒中的单因素有:性别、饮酒、吸烟、高血压疾病、高血脂疾病、糖尿病、睡眠质量以及脑卒中病史等;导致发生青年缺血性脑卒中的多因素有:饮酒、吸烟、高血压疾病、高血脂疾病、糖尿病、睡眠质量以及脑卒中病史。在临床中最为典型的表现则是初发病,其他依次为静态发病、运动障碍等。结论导致发生青年缺血性脑卒中颅内大动脉狭窄的发病原因以及危险因素较多,尤其是高血压疾病,在临床中需要对危险因素进行分析,并完善各项常规检查,明确诊断,为下一步治疗提供基础。

Objective To study the causes,risk factors and imaging characteristics of intracranial aortic stenosis in young patients with ischemic stroke.Methods Thirtyfive young patients with ischemic stroke who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to July 2018 were randomly selected as the observation group,and 35 healthy young people who came to our hospital for physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group.The causes of intracranial aortic stenosis in young patients with ischemic stroke were analyzed,and the risk factors and imaging characteristics were analyzed.Results After analysis,the single factors leading to ischemic stroke in young people are:gender,alcohol consumption,smoking,hypertension,hyperlipidemia,diabetes,sleep quality,and history of stroke;There are many factors leading to ischemic stroke in young people: drinking,smoking,hypertension,hyperlipidemia,diabetes,sleep quality and stroke history.The most typical manifestation in clinical practice is the onset of disease,followed by static onset and dyskinesia.Conclusion There are many causes and risk factors for the occurrence of intracranial aortic stenosis in young patients with ischemic stroke,especially hypertension.Risk factors should be analyzed,and various routine examinations should be completed to make a clear diagnosis and provide a basis for further treatment in clinical trial.
