铁路绿色施工指标体系与评价方法研究

Research on Index System and Evaluation Method of Railway Green Construction

践行绿色理念、提升铁路建设期能源资源利用水平、降低对沿线环境的不利影响,已经成为铁路绿色发展的重要内容。从资源利用、环境治理、生态保护及增长质量4个方面建立了绿色施工指标体系,对评价阶段、计分标准、计算方法等方面进行了研究,制定了绿色施工评价方法。

Practicing the concept of green,improving the utilization level of energy resources during the railway construction period and reducing the adverse impact on the environment along the railway have become important contents of the railway's green development.The green construction index system is established from four aspects of resource utilization,environmental management,ecological protection and growth quality.The evaluation stage,scoring standard,calculation method and other aspects are studied,and the green construction evaluation method is formulated.
