摘要 建设项目施工过程的安全风险是动态的,随着工程进展、工期推进,风险的时态和状态是不断变化的,特别是因为天气、时节或其他原因造成项目长时间停(休)工后再复工复产的安全风险,应及时根据现场情况对建设项目进行安全风险评估。采用指标体系法对某项目复工复产前的安全风险进行评估,建立了包含工程规模、工程复杂性、人员管理、机电设备管理、安全设施及材料、日常管控和施工环境7个方面13项指标的评价体系,经权重确定和风险评估进行风险等级估测,并根据风险等级,制定、调整相应的控制对策和措施,为工程建设中的风险评估提供借鉴。 The safety risks in the construction process of a construction project are dynamic.As the project progresses and the construction period advances,the tense and state of risks are constantly changing.In particular,due to the safety risks caused by weather,season or other reasons,the project will resume work and resume production after a long period of time,and the safety risk assessment of the construction project shall be conducted in a timely manner according to the site conditions.The method of index system is used to evaluate the safety risk of a project before returning to work.An evaluation system including 13 indexes in 7 aspects of project scale,project complexity,personnel management,mechanical and electrical equipment management,safety facilities and materials,daily control,and construction environment is established.The risk level is estimated through weight determination and risk assessment,and corresponding control countermeasures and measures are formulated and adjusted according to the risk level,providing reference for risk assessment in project construction.
