基于全站仪的大型雷达阵面重构技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 天线阵面面形结构精度是大型相控阵雷达结构设计和安装过程中需要严格控制的关键指标之一。首先通过单元阵面斜率信息建立阵面中心要素模型,作为雷达天线表面的参考基准面;然后以直径30 m的某相控阵雷达为研究对象,基于全站仪球坐标测量原理对阵面轮廓要素进行提取,获得实际装配天线的拟合表面;进而对两种要素的差值进行分析,通过数据处理及坐标变换推算出对应形位要素的调整量值,实现子阵面姿态的精确调控。结果表明:基于全站仪在线测量的雷达阵面重构分析方法,调控精度由1 mm提升到0.01 mm,平面度误差可达到±2 mm,满足相控阵雷达面安装精度要求。 The precision of antenna array surface is one of the key parameters which need to be strictly controlled in the design and installation of large phased array radar.Firstly,the central element model of the array is established based on the slope information of the element array,which is used as the reference datum of the radar antenna surface.Then taking a phased array radar with a diameter of 30m as the research object,the surface contour elements were extracted by using the spherical coordinate measurement principle of total station to obtain the fitting surface of the actual assembly antenna.Then the difference value of the two elements is analyzed,and the adjustment value of the corresponding shape elements is calculated by data processing and coordinate transformation,so as to realize the accurate control of the attitude of the unit front.The results show that,the adjustment precision can be improved from 1 mm to 0.01 mm and the flatness can reach±2 mm by means of the reconfiguration analysis of the radar array using Total Station,which can meet the requirements of the installation accuracy of the phased array radar surface.
