基于典型商务型园区的区域分布式能源系统应用探讨 被引量:3

摘要 社会经济的迅速发展,用能需求的不断增加,对能源的清洁环保要求也不断提高。区域分布式能源系统由于其能量梯级利用和多能互补的核心理念,取得了较好的节能效果。无论在数量上,还是在装机容量上,上海天然气分布式能源的发展非常迅速,项目主要分布在机场、企业、医院、学校等区域,形成了成熟运行模式以及相对稳定的建设运营流程。基于典型商务型园区的区域分布式能源系统——上海虹桥区域的能源站中心,结合区域用能特点等,在系统的经济性和节能性的视角下,引出虚拟电厂以及智能管理平台,提出基于需求侧响应的智能微网建设规划构想,为今后模块化的智能微网建设提供推广经验。 With the rapid development of the social economy and the increasing demand for energy,the requirements for clean and environmental protection of energy are also increasing.The regional distributed energy system has achieved good energy-saving effects due to its core concept of energy cascade utilization and multi-energy complementarity.Regardless of quantity or installed capacity,the development of Shanghai Natural Gas Distributed Energy is very rapid.The projects are mainly distributed in airports,enterprises,hospitals,schools and other regions,forming a mature operation model and a relatively stable construction and operation process.This paper is based on the regional distributed energy system of a typical business park-the energy station center in the Hongqiao area of Shanghai.From the perspective of system economics and energy saving,it proposes an energy system construction plan based on a typical business park.Combining regional energy consumption characteristics,etc.,from the perspective of the system's economy and energy efficiency,it leads to virtual power plants and intelligent management platforms,Propose the planning concept of intelligent microgrid construction based on demand-side response,which will provide promotion experience for the future construction of modular intelligent microgrid.
