摘要
以山西煤炭进出口集团左云韩家洼煤业有限公司为工程背景,针对空压机在连续运行时出现严重事故,设计一套空压机余热回收利用系统,将空压机运行过程中产生的热量高效回收并加以利用。回收的热量用于解决矿工洗浴和矿场供暖,运用此余热回收装置达到节能减排、节约资源和保护环境的效果。
Taking Zuoyun hanjiawa Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.of Shanxi coal import and Export Group as the engineering background,aiming at the serious accident of air compressor in continuous operation,a set of waste heat recovery and utilization system of air compressor is designed to efficiently recover and utilize the heat generated in the operation of air compressor.The recovered heat is used to solve the problem of bathing and heating in the mine.The waste heat recovery device can save energy,reduce emissions,save resources and protect the environment.
