秸秆禁烧及其利用已成为政府部门、农业部门、环保部门和广大农民普遍关心的大事。介绍宽甸县农作物秸秆禁烧及综合利用现状,分析其经验做法,提出要把转变农民传统种植习惯作为治标治本的出发点,注重疏堵结合,通过技术途径来解决秸秆还田所需的农机农艺融合问题,通过试验示范来验证秸秆还田技术应用的效益效果,通过政策扶持来引导合作社发展和推进新技术新装备应用,通过政府支持来保证秸秆禁烧及综合利用工作开展,通过宣传培训让更多农民掌握并运用新技术新装备,以便彻底地解决秸秆焚烧难题。

Straw ban burning and its utilization has become a major concern of government departments,agricultural departments,environmental protection departments and farmers.This paper introduces the current situation of crop straw ban burning and comprehensive utilization of Kuandian county,analyzes the experience of practice,put forward that the change of farmers'traditional planting habits should be regarded as the starting point to treat the symptoms and root causes,focus on?the combination of dredging and blocking,through technical way to solve the problem of agricultural machinery needed for the straw returning to field agronomic fusion,through verifying the effect of straw returning technology by experiment and demonstration,through policy support to guide the cooperative development and promote the application of new technology and new equipment,through the government support to guarantee the work of the straw ban burning and comprehensive utilization of straw,through publicity and training ensure more farmers to master and apply new technology and new equipment,so as to thoroughly solve the straw burning problem.
