大学生健康促进生活方式现状及其相关因素分析

Analysis of the status quo and related factors of college students′health promotion lifestyle

[目的]了解大学生健康促进生活方式现况及其相关影响因素,为制定干预策略、提高大学生健康行为水平提供参考依据。[方法]方便抽样选取南京中医药大学302名学生,采用积极心理资本问卷、社会支持量表、健康促进生活方式Ⅱ量表及一般资料问卷进行调查。[结果]大学生健康促进生活方式呈中等水平,总分为(130.61±25.56)分,其中人际关系水平较低。心理资本及社会支持与健康生活方式总分均呈正相关(r值分别为0.599、0.566,P<0.01);其中,希望、自我效能、主观支持、支持利用度对健康促进生活方式具有正向预测作用。[结论]大学生健康促进生活方式水平良好,可以通过提高心理资本和社会支持,尤其是希望、主观支持、自我效能、支持利用度水平来促进健康行为。

Objective:To understand the current status of college students′health promotion lifestyle and its related influencing factors,and provide a reference for formulating intervention strategies and improving college students′healthy behavior levels.Methods:A total of 302 students from Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine were selected and sampled using the Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire(PPQ),Social Support Scale,the Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile(HPLPII)and the General Information Questionnaire.Results:The health-promoting lifestyle of college students was moderate,with a total score of 130.61±25.56,of which the level of interpersonal relationship was low.Hope,self-efficacy,subjective support,and support utilization had a positive predictive effect on health promoting lifestyles.Conclusion:College students′health-promoting lifestyles are good,and they can promote healthy behaviors by improving psychological capital and social support,especially hope,subjective support,self-efficacy,and support utilization levels.
