多学科联合干预对肝癌合并炎症感染患者生活质量和负性情绪的影响

Effects of multidisciplinary intervention on quality of life and negative emotions in patients with liver cancer combined with inflammation and infection

目的探讨多学科护理模式在肝癌合并炎症感染患者中的应用效果及对患者生活质量和负性情绪的影响。方法按照随机数字表法将180例肝癌合并炎症感染患者分为对照组和观察组,每组90例。对照组患者给予常规干预,观察组在常规干预的基础上接受多学科模式干预。观察并比较两组患者干预前后的生活质量和负性情绪。结果干预后,观察组健康调查简表(SF-36)各指标的评分均高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。干预后,观察组简式心境问卷(POMS-SF)中紧张-焦虑、抑郁-沮丧、疲乏-迟钝、愤怒-敌意、迷惑-混乱分量表的评分及总分均低于对照组,精力-活力分量表的评分高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。观察组并发症的发生率为2.2%,低于对照组的12.2%(P﹤0.05)。结论多学科护理模式可明显提高肝癌合并炎症感染患者的生活质量,改善患者的负性情绪,具有良好的干预效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of multidisciplinary nursing care in patients with liver cancer combined with inflammation and infection,and to evaluate the impact on patients’quality of life and negative emotions.Method Totally,180 cases with liver cancer with comorbid inflammation and infections were included in the analysis and randomized as control group and study group,with 90 cases in each.The patients in the control group were given routine interventions,while the study group ones were administered with multidisciplinary intervention in addition to routine care.The quality of life and negative emotions of patients in the two groups were observed and compared.Result After intervention,the scores assessed with 36-item short form survey(SF-36)in study group were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);the scores of subscales in profile of mood states-short form(POMS-SF),including tensionanxiety,depression-dejection,fatigue-inertia,anger-hostility,confusion-bewilderment and the total score,were all lower in study group than in control group,and higher scores of vigor-activity was observed in study group versus control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in study group was 2.2%,which was lower than the 12.2%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary nursing care may evidently improve the quality of life of patients with liver cancer combined with infection and inflammation,ameliorating the negative emotions,and thus demonstrates fairly good interventional effects,worthy of clinical application.
