摘要 目的:探讨基于SimMan3G模拟人联合以案例为基础(CBL)的教学模式在心肺复苏教学中的应用价值。方法:随机选择2019年10月-12月于石河子大学医学院第一附属医院住院医师规范化培训医师78人为实验组,采用SimMan3G模拟人联合CBL教学模式进行心肺复苏操作培训。同期随机选择临床医学专业本科实习生83人为对照组,采用SimMan3G模拟人进行心肺复苏培训。观察两组学生的理论考核、操作技能考核成绩及问卷调查结果进行效果评价,Cronbachα内部一致性系数检测考核信度。结果:实验组学生心肺复苏理论考核和技能操作成绩均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。问卷调查显示实验组教学模式满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);Cronbachα=0.74(P<0.05)。结论:SimMan3G模拟人联合CBL的教学模式可进一步加强学生对心肺复苏操作技能的掌握。 Objective:To explore the application value of SimMan3G Simulator combined with case-based teaching(CBL)model in CPR teaching.Methods:Randomly selected 78 standardized doctors from the resident of the first affiliated hospital of Shihezi University School of Medicine from October to December 2019 as the experimental group,and used SimMan3G simulators combined with CBL teaching mode for CPR operation training.At the same time,83 students of clinical medicine major undergraduate internship were selected randomly as the control group,and SimMan3G was used for CPR training.Observed the results of the theoretical assessment,operational skill assessment and questionnaire survey results of the two groups,and evaluated the reliability of Cronbachαinternal consistency coefficient.Results:The students in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group in cardiopulmonary resuscitation theory assessment and skill operation performance(P<0.05).Questionnaire survey showed that the satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),Cronbachα=0.74(P<0.05).Conclusion:SimMan3G simulator combined with CBL teaching mode can further strengthen students'mastery of CPR operation skills.
