牙冠延长术在残根残冠患者保留治疗中的应用效果

The Effect of Crown Lengthening for Residual Root and Crown Patients

目的探讨牙冠延长术在残根残冠患者保留治疗中的应用效果。方法选取福建医科大学附属漳州市医院2016年1月至2018年12月收治的86例残根残冠患者,根据其对术式的意愿分为两组,各43例。对照组采用牙龈切除术,试验组采用牙冠延长术,比较两组的临床效果、龈沟出血指数、牙周探诊深度及治疗满意度。结果试验组治疗有效率、治疗满意度均高于对照组,治疗后龈沟出血指数、牙周探诊深度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙冠延长术应用于残根残冠患者保留治疗中具有较高的治疗有效性及患者满意度。

Objective To study the effect of crown lengthening for residual root and crown.Methods A total of 86 patients with residual roots and crowns admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected and divided into two groups of 43 patients according to their wishes for surgical procedures.Gingivectomy was performed in the control group and crown lengthening was performed in the test group.The clinical effects,gingival sulcus bleeding index,periodontal exploration depth and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate and treatment satisfaction of the patients with residual roots and crowns in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the gingival crevicular bleeding index and periodontal exploration depth after treatment were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of crown lengthening is effective in the treatment of residual root and crown,and the therapeutic effect is satisfactory.
