YANJI is the capital city of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture in Northeast China’s Jilin Province.The Yanji cold noodles,buckwheat noodles with a chilled broth,is one of the“Top 10 Types of Chinese Noodles”and one of the special dishes of the Korean ethnic group.The dish is known for its smooth long noodles,refreshing cool broth,and bright colors.Eating the cold noodles represents receiving the blessing of longevity.
