Under the overall goal of dual-class construction and connotative development of colleges and universities,this paper explores and constructs from the aspects of constructing a new interdisciplinary platform,optimizing the construction of professors,strengthening ideological and political education,improving graduate research and reward mechanism,and innovating postgraduate training system.The new five-dimensional training model explores an effective path to enhance the ability of postgraduate research and innovation,and accelerates the goal of cultivating innovative first-class talents.
