基于扎根理论的人性结构完善研究

Research on the Dimensions of Human Nature Based on Grounded Theory

管理学是一个以人为主轴的事业。提炼本土优秀企业家的管理思想离不开对人性的探究。现有"人性假设理论丛林"未能反映人性结构的全貌,也未对其构念进行操作化研究。为此采用扎根理论的程序与方法,通过深度访谈、文本比对、编码分析,开发出"人性结构"的构念,发现人性由动物性、德性、道性3个主要维度构成,在情境因素(文化、制度、经验)的作用下不断完善,是一个从动物性占支配地位到德性、道性逐步完善并支配动物性的过程。在此基础上,探讨了人性完善理论对无为而治管理模式的理论意义和实践启发。

Management is a career-oriented business.The management thought of refining local outstanding entrepreneurs is inseparable from the exploration of human nature.The existing"human nature hypothesis theory jungle"failed to reflect the overall picture of the human nature structure,and did not conduct operational research on its construction.To this end,using the rooted theory of procedures and methods,through deep interviews,text interpretation,coding analysis,the development of the"human structure"construct,found that human nature consists of three main dimensions of animal,virtue,and Tao,in the context of the situation continuous improvement under the influence of(education,culture,system,experience,etc.)is a process from animal dominance to virtue,gradual perfection and dominance of animal nature.On this basis,it discusses the theoretical significance and practical enlightenment of the theory of human nature perfection to the management mode of"wuwei"management.
