摘要
建立了4种典型的机载线缆模型,使用CST软件对强电磁脉冲(EMP)辐照环境下线缆的耦合情况进行研究。首先,研究了机载线缆在理想环境中的耦合规律;其次,对舱室内部线缆的耦合进行仿真分析;最后,研究了浪涌保护器件对EMP的防护作用。仿真结果表明:线缆的屏蔽层能明显地抑制强电磁脉冲在线缆上形成的耦合电压;耦合电压随着线缆长度或离地高度的增加而增加;使用屏蔽玻璃可以有效地对挡风玻璃及舷窗等开孔部位进行电磁加固,使舱内电场强度降低,线缆的耦合电压减小;瞬态抑制二极管能够很好地抑制强电磁脉冲形成的瞬态过电压,避免过电压对机载设备的破坏。
In this paper,four typical airborne cables irradiated by strong electromagnetic pulse(EMP)are studied by CST software.The coupling law of airborne cables in ideal environment is obtained,and the coupling of cables inside the cabin is also simulated and analyzed.The protective effects of surge protection devices on cables under strong EMP are studied.The simulation results show that the shielding layer of the cable can obviously suppress the coupling voltage formed by the strong EMP on the cable.The longer the cable length is,the greater the height from the ground is,and the greater the coupling voltage will be.The shield glass can effectively reinforce the electromagnetic openings of the windows,reduce the electric field intensity in the cabin,and thus reduce the coupling voltage of the cable.The transient voltage suppression(TVS)diode can be used to suppress the overvoltage and effectively protect airborne equipment against the damage of transient overvoltage caused by the strong EMP.
