摘要
以二氧化钛为主要原料,玻璃纤维为增强剂,淀粉为造孔剂,利用捏合机混料搅拌均匀,然后在含水量20%左右将混合料取出利用挤压成形法压制出多孔陶瓷管,干燥一定时间后,在电炉620℃中烧成。采用扫描电子显微镜,显气孔率分析仪,陶瓷管压力测试仪,自制压力损失测试装置等对多孔氧化钛陶瓷管的显微结构,显气孔率,抗压强度及阻力进行表征。结果表明多孔氧化钛陶瓷管在造孔剂的含量为45%时,抗压强度达到4.5 MPa,气孔率高达85%,在同一环境和流速下有较小的流动阻力。
With titanium dioxide as the main raw material,glass fiber as the reinforcement,starch as the pore making agent,the mixture is stirred evenly by kneader,and then the mixture is taken out at about 20%water content,and the porous ceramic tube is pressed by extrusion forming method.After drying for a certain time,it is fired in electric furnace at 620℃.The microstructure,apparent porosity,compressive strength and resistance of porous titania ceramic tubes were characterized by scanning electron microscope,apparent porosity analyzer,ceramic tube pressure tester and self-made pressure loss tester.The results show that when the content of pore forming agent is 45%,the compressive strength is 4.5 MPa,the porosity is 85%,and the flow resistance is small under the same environment and flow velocity.
