摘要
阐述了㶲分析方法将不同质和量的能量区分开来,更科学地反映了能量活动的本质,通过对某建筑陶瓷烧成辊道窑炉系统进行㶲平衡计算,针对能量利用的薄弱环节,提出了降低㶲损失的有效方法,为建筑陶瓷烧成系统的节能指明了方向。
This paper elaborates how to distinguish the energy from different quality and quantity by means of exergy analysis method,which can reflect the nature of the energy activities in a more scientific manner.Based on the balance calculation of a roller kiln firing furnace specialized in building ceramics,the paper puts forward effective methods to reduce exergy loss in view of the weak link in energy use and therefore points out the direction for energy saving in building ceramic firing system.
