摘要
2020年农民增收和乡村振兴如何开展,关系到脱贫攻坚和百年目标的实现。文章以2020年中央经济工作会议中“三农”发展的精神为依据,对其进行剖析,归纳出2020年“三农”发展的四个重要路径:坚定不移贯彻新发展理念、打好脱贫攻坚战、加快农业供给侧结构性改革和加快恢复生猪生产保供稳价。坚持这四个路径,能为带动农民增收和乡村振兴提供新动力。
How will the farmers'income increase and rural revitalization be implemented in 2020 is related to the poverty alleviation and the realization of the centennial goal.This paper analyzed the agriculture development,rural areas and farmers.And then marked four important development paths in 2020:unswervingly put into practice the new concepts;make all-out efforts to win tough battle against poverty;accelerate supply-side structural reform in agriculture;speed up the pig production recovery and stabilize pork prices.Sticking to these four paths will provide new impetus for incraesing farmers’income and rural revitalization.
