绿色审计促进经济可持续发展研究——以广西崇左市为例

Analysis of green audit promoting sustainable development of economy——Take Chongzuo city of Guangxi as an example

国内的环境污染问题未能得到有效解决,成为制约我国经济社会可持续发展的重要原因之一。绿色审计作为一种新型高效的环境保护措施,能够统筹协调经济社会发展与资源环境保护,以较低的成本实现高效迅捷的审计监督结果,进而保障和推动地区乃至国家的长期可持续发展。通过绿色审计中的经济要素分析样本可持续经济发展数据,初步得出环境污染制约了城市经济社会可持续发展,进一步分析了城市可持续发展中绿色审计存在的问题,并提出包括实施干部离任绿色审计制度、推进实施地方特色审计立法等五项有针对性的政策建议,通过完善绿色审计来促进城市可持续发展。

the domestic environmental pollution problem has not been effectively solved,which has become one of the important reasons restricting the sustainable development of China's economy and society.As a new and efficient environmental protection measure,green audit can coordinate the economic and social development and the protection of resources and environment as a whole,realize the efficient and quick audit supervision results with low cost,and then guarantee and promote the long-term sustainable development of the region and even the country.Through the analysis of the economic elements in the green audit,this paper analyzes the data of sustainable economic development of the sample,preliminarily concludes that environmental pollution restricts the sustainable development of urban economy and society,further analyzes the problems existing in the green audit in the sustainable development of the city,and puts forward five targeted policy suggestions,including the implementation of the green audit system for leaving cadres,the promotion of the implementation of the audit legislation with local characteristics,Improve green audit to promote sustainable development of the city.
