中国—东盟技术转移中的知识产权问题与策略研究

Research on Intellectual Property Issues and Strategies in China-Asean Technology Transfer in the Belt and Road

随着国家“一带一路”倡议的深入实施和中国—东盟技术转移合作的不断深化,中国与东盟在技术转移中产生的知识产权矛盾纠纷日益增多,知识产权问题已成为阻碍中国与东盟国家持续开展技术转移和深化经贸合作的重要瓶颈。文章通过对中国—东盟的技术转移中的知识产权问题进行调查研究和实证分析,针对研究发现的问题,提出相应的发展策略,为我国政府相关部门、行业协会、企业等在制定针对东盟国家进行技术转移时的知识产权政策等方面提供重要的对策建议和决策参考。

With the in-depth implementation of the Belt and Roadstrategy and the continuous deepening of China-Asean technology transfer cooperation,China and Asean have increasingly increased intellectual property rights conflicts in technology transfer,and intellectual property issues have become obstacles for China and Asean countries to continue An important bottleneck in technology transfer and deepening economic and trade cooperation.Through investigation and empirical analysis of intellectual property issues in the technology transfer of China-Asean,the corresponding development strategies are proposed for the problems found in the research.And it providesthe important countermeasure suggestions for relevant government departments,industry associations,and companies in formulating intellectual property policies and strategies for technology transfer to Asean countries.
