摘要
目前,我国的科技创新呈现出新的发展态势。一方面,科技创新理念更具引导力、创新环境优越性凸显、创新模式协同性增强、创新内容覆盖面扩大等新特征;另一方面,也面临着原始创新能力有待提升、科技成果转化存在短板、科技创新环境仍需完善、科技创新政策不够健全的新挑战。基于此,文章提出了抓住科技创新发展新机遇的四条路径:一是充分发挥比较优势,稳固科技创新支撑力;二是把握科技创新规律,增强科技创新引领力;三是完善科技创新服务,提升科技创新竞争力;四是构筑特色创新体系,扩大科技创新影响力。
Under the new situation,China's science and technology innovation has shown a new development trend.On the one hand,current science and technology innovations have new features such as more innovative ideas,outstanding advantages of the innovation environment,enhanced collaboration of innovation models,and expanded coverage of innovative content;on the other hand,they are also facing the need to improve the original innovation capabilities and transform scientific and technological achievements,There are new challenges such as shortcomings,the science and technology innovation environment still needs to be improved,and science and technology innovation policies are not sound enough.Based on this,the study proposes four ways to seize new opportunities for the development of science and technology innovation:First,give full play to comparative advantages and stabilize the support for science and technology innovation;Second,grasp the law of science and technology innovation and enhance the leading edge of science and technology innovation;Improve the competitiveness of science and technology innovation;Fourth,build a characteristic innovation system and expand the influence of science and technology innovation.
