文章运用文献资料法、数理统计法和专家访谈法分析了国家射击队备战东京奥运会期间的赛事成绩、国家队管理制度以及国际射击格局,研究认为新的世界竞技射击格局下,国家射击队管理策略调整效果难以及时体现,传统射击强国不断变强的同时印度射击新生代辈出,是我国多个传统优势射击小项奖牌的强劲对手,连续两届奥运会成绩下滑的情况下奥运选拔办法却没有调整,国际国内赛事积分设置和选拔周期设置上存在一定的缺陷,国家射击队面临巨大压力和挑战。研究建议国家射击队备战应充分发挥科研团队的作用,主动向发展快速的射击强国学习,改进奥运会选拔制度,探索提高赛前竞技状态的方法,提高东京奥运会射击项目竞争力。

By literature data method,mathematical statistics and expert interview method analyzes the events during the Olympic Games in Tokyo,prepare for the national shooting team achievement,international management system and pattern of international shooting,research suggests a new pattern of the world competitive shooting,the national shooting team management strategy adjustment effect is difficult to reflect in time,the traditional fire power continuously strengthen India shooting new generation players at the same time,is China’s traditional advantage of multiple shooting events MEDALS rival,for two consecutive Olympics grades slipped selection method under the condition of no adjustment,the international and domestic points set and the selection set cycle has certain defects,The national shooting team faces great pressure and challenges.The research suggests that the national shooting team should give full play to the role of the scientific research team,take the initiative to learn from the rapidly developing shooting powers,improve the selection system of the Olympic Games,explore ways to improve the state of competition before competition,and improve the competitiveness of shooting events in the Tokyo Olympic Games.
