事业离退休人员社会化管理探究

我国经济持续、快速发展,国家工业化发展迅猛,城市化建设进程日益加快,2020年将是我国全面建成小康社会和"十三五"规划的收官之年。与此同时,我国的人口老龄化问题也持续加剧,受到了国家和社会的广泛关注。在广大的老年人群体中,事业离退休人员是一个特殊的群体,在离退休后能够得到很好的日常管理和服务,让离退休人员有一个丰富多彩的离退休生活成为当前受到关注的一个社会问题。然而,目前我国事业离退休人员管理工作普遍采取的制管理服务模式,已经很难适用于现阶段的养老形势。因此,对现有事业离退休人员管理服务方式存在的问题进行分析,探索一种社会化管理的新模式将是下一阶段事业离退休人员管理服务的新趋势。

China’s economy continues to develop rapidly,the country’s industrialization is developing as fast as we could,and the process of urbanization construction is speeding up increasingly.2020 will be the closing year for China to build a welloff society in an all-round way and the 13th Five-Year Plan.At the same time,with the aging of population in our country also continues to intensify,which has been widely concerned by the state and society.Among the large groups of the elderly,retirees in institutions as one of special groups,which can get good daily management and service after retirement.So that retirees have a rich and colorful retirement life has become a social problem that has been paid attention at present.However,currently,the unit system management service mode generally adopted in the management of retirees in institutions has been difficult to apply to the pension situation at the present stage.Therefore,to analyze the problems existing in the management service mode of retirees under the existing institutions and to explore a new mode of socialized management will be a new trend in the management service of retirees in institutions in the next stage.
