摘要
2010年12月,俄罗斯首都莫斯科竞得了2018年世界杯的主办权,这同时也意味着莫斯科的城市交通、景观环境、历史街道品质等方面将面临巨大的挑战.为此莫斯科举办了相关的城市论坛,吸收了世界级专家的意见,对历史街道重新进行了改造与设计.本文结合莫斯科几十年间城市的更新规划,详细分析了世界杯前政府对城市更新采取的措施,对历史和中心城区的历史街道改造进行专业的说明,总结归纳出为迎接世界杯,莫斯科历史街道改造与更新的经验与方法.文章同时比较研究其他国家的历史街道改造案例,分析优点与不足.
In December 2010,the Russian capital Moscow won the bid to host the 2018 World Cup,which meant that the city would face great challenges regarding the improvement of urban transportation,cityscape,and the quality of historic districts.To this end,Moscow organised a relevant series of urban forums,absorbing the opinions of world-class experts to rehabilitate the historic streets.This article reviews the decades of urban renewal planning in Moscow,focusing on measures taken by the municipal government before the World Cup for the rehabilitation and renewal of Moscow's historic streets.It further points out the advantages and disadvantages of Moscow's experiences and methods through a comparison with other countries.
