移情结合规范化管理对癌痛患者疼痛、生活质量的影响

Effects of Transference Combined with Standardized Management on Pain and Quality of Life of Cancer Patients with Pain

目的:探讨移情结合规范化管理对癌痛患者疼痛、生活质量的影响。方法:选取2018年9月1日~2019年10月31日收治的120例癌痛患者为研究对象,按护理方法不同分为对照组和研究组各60例,对照组采取规范化管理,研究组采取移情结合规范化管理;比较两组出院前1 d癌痛爆发次数、干预前后的疼痛程度[采用疼痛数字分级法(NRS)]及生活质量[采用中文版肿瘤患者生活质量综合评价量表(FACT-G)]。结果:出院前1 d,研究组癌痛爆发频率低于对照组(P<0.01);干预1周、2周、1个月、2个月后,研究组NRS评分低于对照组(P<0.01);干预后,两组FACT-G各维度评分和总分高于干预前(P<0.05),且研究组高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:移情结合规范化管理可有效降低癌痛患者癌痛爆发频率,减轻疼痛程度,改善其生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effects of transference combined with standardized management on pain and quality of life in cancer patients with pain.Methods:A total of 120 cases of cancer patients with pain admitted from September 1,2018 to October 31,2019 were selected as research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and study group with 60 cases each.The control group adopted standardized management,while the study group adopted transference combined with standardized management.The frequency of cancer pain outbreak,pain degree before and after intervention(NRS)and quality of life(FACT-G)were compared between the two groups 1day before discharge.Results:One day before discharge,the cancer pain outbreak frequency in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).After 1 week,2 weeks,1 month and 2 months of intervention,the NRS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).After the intervention,the each dimension score of FACT-G and total scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05),and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Transference combined with standardized management can effectively reduce the frequency of cancer pain and the degree of pain,and improve the quality of life in patients with cancer pain.It is worthy of clinical application.
