联盟伙伴特征对品牌联盟组织间协作绩效的影响研究——基于联盟管理能力的中介效应

摘要 结合动态能力理论,以联盟企业的联盟管理能力作为中介变量,通过实证研究,揭示联盟伙伴特征对组织间协作绩效的影响路径和作用机制,以及联盟管理能力的中介效应。基于191家中国联盟企业的数据,采用逐步层级回归分析法和结构方程验证假设,研究结果表明:联盟伙伴特征三个维度(联盟经验、成员权力和互补性)对组织间协作的两个维度(财务绩效和非财务绩效)正向影响;联盟伙伴特征三个维度对联盟管理能力三个维度(沟通能力、协调能力和联系能力)正向影响;联盟管理能力三个维度对组织间协作绩效两个维度具有正向影响;联盟管理能力在联盟伙伴特征对组织间协作绩效之间发挥部分中介效应。 Based on the dynamic capability theory,taking the alliance management ability of alliance enterprises as the mediator variable,this paper reveals the influence path and action mechanism of alliance partner characteristics on the inter-organizational collaborative performance,as well as the mediating effect of the alliance management ability.Based on the data collected from 191 Chinese alliance enterprises,this paper uses stepwise hierarchical regression analysis and structural equations to verify the hypothesis.The results show that the three dimensions of alliance partner characteristics(alliance experience,member power and complementarity)have a positive effect on the two dimensions of inter-organizational collaboration(financial performance and non-financial performance);the three dimensions of alliance partner characteristics have a positive influence on the three dimensions of communication management ability(communication ability,coordination ability and connection ability);the three dimensions of alliance management ability have a positive impact on the two dimensions of action mechanism of inter-organizational cooperation performance;the alliance management capability plays a part in mediating effect on alliance partner characteristics and the inter-organizational collaboration performance.
