摘要 某铁矿二期技改工程2#胶带斜井设计从-70m大件道(已施工完毕)上方通过,顶底板最小岩距仅0.87m,常规的爆破掘进方法容易引起巷道坍塌、贯穿,存在较大的施工难度和安全隐患。巷道施工时采用了可缩性金属支架以及光面爆破的方法,同时减小循环进尺,从而降低爆破震动对岩体的破坏,确保了上下巷道的安全稳固。 The design of 2#belt slope for the second-stage technical renovation project of an iron ore mine passes above the-70m large track(construction has been completed),and the minimum rock distance between the top and bottom floors is only 0.87m.The conventional blasting and excavation methods easily cause the roadway to collapse.Through,there are greater construction difficulties and hidden safety hazards.During the construction of the roadway,a retractable metal bracket and a smooth blasting method are used,while the cycle footage is reduced,thereby reducing the damage to the rock mass caused by blasting vibration and ensuring the upper and lower roadways safety and secure.
