摘要
分析了旋浮炼铜过程中Fe3O4的生成机理及其对熔炼过程的影响,研究了冰铜品位、Fe/SiO2及CaO、Al2O3等氧化物含量与Fe3O4含量的关系,并探讨了下"生料"及其后续保温阶段Fe3O4的溶解行为。
The generation of Fe3O4 and the effect of Fe3O4 in whirlwind intensified copper smelting process were analyzed.The relationship between Fe3O4 content in the slag and matte grade,Fe/SiO2,CaO,Al2O3 were systematically investigated.The dissolution behavior of Fe3O4 in"raw material"period and following thermal insulation stage were discussed.
