浅析澄清时间、温度对重稀土分离的影响

摘要 通过研究南方离子型稀土矿分离过程中,澄清时间、温度对萃取过程中分离系数的影响,发现:在相同温度和混合萃取时间条件下,镱(Yb)、镥(Lu)的分离系数βYb/Lu随着澄清时间的增加,先呈上升趋势,等到澄清时间超过30分钟后,βYb/Lu不再增大,趋于平衡;在混合萃取时间和澄清时间相同条件下,Yb、Lu的分离系数βYb/Lu随着温度的升高,先呈上升趋势,等到温度超过50℃后,βYb/Lu不再增大,趋于平衡。 Effects of clarification time and temperature on the separation factors in the extraction process during the course of southern ionic type rare-earth ore separation were studied,and it's found that:the results showed that when the temperature and mixed extraction time were the same,the separation factor of Yb and Lu(βYb/Lu)trended to rise as the clarification time increased,while the time exceeded 30 min,βYb/Lu trended to balance;when the mixed extraction time and the clarification time were the same,βYb/Lu trended to rise as the temperature increased,while the temperature exceeded 50℃,βYb/Lutrended to balance.
