摘要
本文采用毛用活性染料中的Lanasol和国产M型系列染料进行染色实验。通过分光光度计、单纤维电子强力仪、多角度光泽度计等仪器,测定分析不同染料对兔毛纤维染色性能的影响。结果表明:采用用量相同、色相接近的兰纳素系列染料和国产M型活性染料,兰纳素活性染料染色的毛纤维上染率与固色率更高,且具有更高的光泽度,两类活性染料染色对毛纤维强力大小几乎没有影响。
In this paper,the dyeing experiments are carried out with Lanasol and domestic M-type series of dyes used in rabbit fur.Through the spectrophotometer,single fiber electronic strength meter,multi-angle glossmeter and other instruments,the influence of different dyes on the dyeing properties of rabbit hair fibers was measured and analyzed.The result shows that:using the same amount and similar hue of Lanna element series dyes and domestic M-type reactive dyes,the dyeing rate and fixing rate of wool fibers dyed with Lannasol element reactive dyes are higher,and have higher gloss,two reactive dyes dyeing has almost no effect on the strength of rabbit fibers.
