摘要
通过直接熔融缩聚法,以十二烷二元酸、1,4-丁二醇、乙醇胺为原料,氧化锌为催化剂,合成出一系列分子量在3000~5100左右的预聚体。以分子量为3300的预聚体为原料,己二酰双己内酰胺为扩链剂,亚磷酸三苯酯为稳定剂,通过扩链反应合成出高硬度的聚酯酰胺蜡。最佳反应条件:扩链剂与预聚体的摩尔比为1.05∶1,反应温度220℃,常压反应时间30 min,减压反应时间1 h。此条件下得白色固体产物,其滴点96℃,针入度0.1(0.1 mm),羟值5.00 mg KOH/g,特性黏度为0.84 dL/g。
Using zinc oxide as catalyst,1,12-dodecanedioic acid,1,4-butanediol and ethanolamine as raw material,a series of prepolymers whose molecular weight are between 3000 and 5100 were prepared via direct melt polycondensation reaction.Using prepolymer whose molecular weight is 3300 as raw material,adipoyl biscaprolactamate as chain-extender,triphenyl phosphite as stabilizer,high hardness polyesteramide waxes were prepared via chain-extending reaction.The results showed that the most suitable molar ratio of chain-extender and prepolymer was1.05∶1,the chain-extending reaction temperature was 220℃,the reaction time was 30 min,the press reduction time was 1 h.Under above conditions,the dropping point was 96℃,the hydroxyl value was 5.00 mg KOH/g,the penetration degree was 0.1(0.1mm),and the viscosity was 0.84 dL/g,white solidity.
