摘要
建筑被动式设计是建筑节能设计的重要组成部分,以上海虹桥42-03地块的办公楼实际项目为例,从方案阶段至施工图设计综合考虑如何通过被动式设计技术,辅助数值模拟分析提升建筑的节能性能,减少建筑使用中的能耗损失。通过系统介绍场地布局、围护结构热工性能、遮阳与通风等被动式设计上的应用经验,以期为其他项目提供借鉴。
Building energy efficiency design and green building evaluation requirements have become an important part of architectural design. The project considers maximizing resource conservation, and studies how to use reasonable planning and architectural design in the early stage. This paper mainly introduces passive design technology, assists numerical simulation analysis to improve the green energy-saving standards of buildings, and avoids energy loss in building use after construction. Through the actual project operation, the system introduces the application of passive building energy-saving design such as performance improvement of the enclosure structure, shading and ventilation, and its design experience can provide reference and basis for other projects.
