摘要
设计团队以"共享与连接"为设计初心,通过观察场地内功能组织形式与垂直空间的关系,在建筑场地里加入公共元素。同时为了满足员工多元化的需求,尝试各种室内空间组合的可能性,采用大量的实际调研来分析各个部门的员工在工作期间的行为模式和需求,并在此基础上尝试细分员工的每一种行为活动,增加配套的工作空间。另外,通过幕墙立面的分格与组合,尝试新的方案来表达博世在汽车零配件行业内的领军地位和创新的态度。
"Sharing and Connection" was the key design concept. We added public elements to the building square by observing the relationship between the functional organization form and the vertical space within the site. At the same time, in order to satisfy the diverse demands of employees, attempt a variety of possibilities of indoor space combination, a large number of actual surveys were conducted to analyze the behavior patterns and demands of employees in various departments during work. On this basis, each behavior activity of employees was subdivided to increase new work space. In addition, Bosch’s leading position and innovative attitude in the auto parts industry can be expressed by trying new solutions on the facade division and combination of the curtain wall.
