摘要
在低层高密度住宅区的规划中引入下沉式道路模式,其初衷是解决低层高密度住宅区的地下停车问题,使分散型车库更便于管理。下沉式道路模式的引入,在提升地下空间的行车体验、解决立体人车分流、形成多层次园林景观、提高下沉区物业价值、打造自然生态车库等方面发挥了重要的作用,实现了从功能型道路到复合生活型道路的转型。通过对这一模式的初步探索,为改善低层高密度住宅区的空间形态和空间品质,提供了更丰富的可能性。
This paper discusses the significance of introducing the sinking road mode into the planning of low-rise and high-density residential areas. The original intention of the first mock exam is to solve the underground parking economy of low-rise and high-density residential areas and make the scattered garage more convenient for management. The introduction of sinking road mode plays an important role in improving the driving experience of underground space, solving the problem of three-dimensional separation of people and vehicles, forming multi-level landscape, improving the property value of sunken area, making garage design more natural and ecological, and realizing the transformation from functional road to composite life road. The first mock exam of this model will provide more possibilities for new space form and quality improvement in low-rise and high-density residential areas.
