二硫化钼/热塑性聚氨酯弹性体复合材料性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 以聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMEG)、4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)和1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为原料,二硫化钼(MoS 2)为改性添加剂,制备了MoS 2/TPU复合材料。研究了MoS 2添加工艺和用量对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,MoS 2先添加至PTMEG中再制备的复合材料具有更佳的力学性能;随着MoS 2用量的增加,材料的硬度、100%定伸模量增加,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率下降,耐热老化、耐水解和耐液压油性能提高,阿克隆磨耗增加,摩擦系数降低。 MoS 2/TPU composites were prepared by using polytetrahydrofuran ether diol(PTMEG),4,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI)and 1,4-butanediol(BDO)as raw materials and molybdenum disulfide(MoS 2)as modified additive.The effects of MoS 2 addition process and amount on the properties of the composites were studied.The results showed that the composites prepared by adding MoS 2 directly to oligomer diol had the best physical and mechanical properties.With the increase of the mass content of MoS 2,the hardness and 100%constant tensile strength of the composites were increased,the tensile strength and elongation at break were decreased,meanwhile the heat-resistant air aging ability,the hydrolysis resistance and the hydraulic oil resistance of the composite material were improved,the Akron abrasion was increased,and the friction factor was decreased.
