摘要
在京广既有线接触网改造中,首次采用压接式电连接线夹,本文主要探讨在既有线接触网改造过程中,对电连接线夹压接压接原理,压接过程受力分析,常见的压接质量问题等入手,提出了压接质量控制要点,旨在提高压接质量,减少设备故障的发生。
In the transformation of Beijing-Guangzhou existing cable contact network,for the first time,crimp-type electric connectionclamp was used.This article mainly discusses the principle of crimptype electric connection clamp and pressure analysis of the electrical connection clamp during the transformation of the existing wired contact network.Starting with common crimping quality problems,the main points of crimping quality control are proposed to improve the crimping quality and reduce the occurrence of equipment failures.
