关于高职教学资源建设与优化问题及策略研究——以江西应用技术职业学院为例

Researches on the Construction and Optimization of Teaching Resources and Strategiesin Higher Vocational Colleges——Illustrated by the Example of Jiangxi College of Applied Technology

教学资源建设与优化工程,是当前高职加强内涵建设的重要任务之一。在认识教学资源建设和优化重要性的基础上,结合江西应用技术职业学院校情,提出二次开发老校区历史资源、创新师资队伍成长机制、协同并建教学软硬资源、构建多元校园文化等策略,以便推动学院教育教学水平新发展。

The construction of Teaching resources and optimization project is one of the important tasks for high vocational colleges to strengthen the connotation construction at present.On the basis of recognizing the importance of teaching resource construction and optimization,combined with the situation of Jiangxi College of Applied Technology,the paper proposes the strategies including secondary development of historical resources of the old campus,the innovation of the growth mechanism of the teaching staff,the collaborative construction of soft and hard teaching resources,and the construction of a diverse campus culture,in order to promote the new development of the education and teaching level of the college.
